Return Policy

At 3 Times Apparel, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
**Exchanges and Returns**
- You may return your item(s) for store credit within 7 business days of delivery.
- To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior authorization.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, we will issue store credit for our online store.
If you require an immediate exchange, we recommend returning the item you have. Once it is received and accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item using the store credit issued.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Additional Information
- We cannot be held responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items.
- Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
