Return Policy for 3 Times Apparel
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from 3 Times Apparel, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
Exchanges:
Exchanges must be made within 7 business days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or exchange, and let you know if it was approved. If approved, store credit for our online store will be issued for returned items.
If an immediate exchange is being requested, the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once it is received and accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item using the store credit issued.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during the return shipment.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
- Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
